Delivery Information

We deliver to most TW and KT postcodes. If you are not in this delivery area, do contact us to see if we can deliver to you. Delivery is £6 for orders under £30. Free delivery is provided for orders over £30 to TW and KT postcodes. If you require delivery outside of these postcodes do get in touch!

If you would like to send some items to multiple addresses, such as a gift to clients, rewards for employees working from home or a bespoke service as part of a online course, please contact us directly and we can arrange this for you!

All our items are handmade, fresh to order so we do need some time to purchase ingredients and prepare your items, so please leave at least 2 working days between placing your order and delivery. If you need it any sooner, do give us a shout as we may be able to help!

We ask all customers to provide a delivery date at checkout. We cannot guarantee a request for a specific delivery time can be met as our products are handmade, fresh on the day, but we will do our best!

 

On arrival, our drivers will knock/ring your bell to deliver your order. If no one is in, our drivers will call on the number given. If a phone call is also unsuccessful, delivery will have to be re-arranged, possibly with an additional new cost.

 

We cannot leave items in a safe spot as they are perishable goods. If you wish the item to be left with a neighbour in the event of not being in, please leave instructions in the delivery instruction section at the checkout.

 

Is your order a surprise delivery for someone? We kindly advise that should nobody be available to accept the items, the order will return to our kitchen and delivery will need to be purchased again.

 

 

During busy periods such as Christmas or Valentine's Day, we may not be able to take on additional orders. We recommend placing your orders early, you can order as far in advance as you wish.

We cannot be held responsible for parcels not delivered due to incorrect delivery information being entered at the checkout, if the recipient isn't home, or if your parcel is delayed through no fault of our own.
 

If you've instructed us to leave with concierge, please ensure that their policy is to accept perishable items as food can often be refused. We currently are unable to deliver to hospitals.
 

There may be delays depending on demand and supplies due to the current environment. We will endeavour to advise you of these delays as soon as they become apparent.

Orders which are sent to incorrect addresses will still be charged.
