Do you deliver to my postcode?


We deliver to most TW and KT postcodes. If you are not in this delivery area, do contact us to see if we can deliver to you




Can I send deliveries to mulitple addresses?


If you would like to send some items to multiple addresses, such as a gift to clients, rewards for employees working from home or a bespoke service as part of a online course, please contact us drectly and we can arrange this for you!




How do I order?


It really is quite easy. Some products have options to choose from such as meat or vegetairan choice or size, so make sure you select the option you want. 1. Click on the image of the prduct you wish to order 2. Select the option if required 3. Select the quantity you wish to order 4. Click add to basket When you are ready to complete your order click the shopping basket at the top right of the webpage, then complete checkout. Please ensure you add the date required for delivery and any delivery instructions such as whether to leave with a neighbour if you are out when we deliver.




How far in advance should I place my order?


All our items are handmade, fresh to order so we do need some time to purchase ingredients and prepare your items, so please leave at least 2 working days between placing your order and delivery. If you need it any sooner, do give us a shout as we may be able to help! PEASE NOTE: During busy periods such as Christmas or Valentine's Day, we may not be able to take on additional orders. We recommend placing your orders early, you can order as far in advance as you wish.




How much does delivery cost?


Delivery is £6 for orders under £30. Free delivery is provided for orders over £30 to TW and KT postcodes.




Can I select a specific delivery date and time?


We ask all customers to provide a delivery date at checkout. We cannot guarantee a request for a specific delivery time can be met as our products are handmade, fresh on the day but we will do our best!




How are your products made?


All our products are handmade with locally sourced ingredients where possible. Our in house patisserie chef makes all our cakes by hand which is why they are so delicious and pretty!




How long will my items last in the fridge?


Your items will last in the fridge for up to 2 days, but we advise you eat them on the day of delivery!




Can I heat up the scones?


Absolutely, in fact we reccomend it! Preheat your oven to 180◦C and then pop them in for 5-7 minutes until warm.




What if I need to edit or cancel my order


We ask for 48 hours notice to make any amends to your order or for a cancellation. Anyhting after this, please contact us to see what we can do, otherwise we may still have to charge.
