Brenda Daly has run her artisan bread bakery from her home kitchen in West London since 2017.
She is passionate about providing good bread to the local community and sharing her knowledge of breadmaking.
She bakes to order using high-quality ingredients such as organic flour from Shipton Mill in the Cotswolds.
