Food doesn’t need to be complicated…all that’s required is good quality ingredients and little culinary magic.
We’re proud to have long-standing relationships with our trusted local suppliers. All our lamb and beef are grass-fed and fully traceable to their respective farms. The same goes for our water-dwelling foodstuffs: all our fish and shellfish are ethically caught.
To ensure all our dishes are delivered as seasonal as possible, we change our menus throughout the year. So whether it’s from the fields, the sky, the ocean, or pulled happily from the soil…you can be sure that the food at your event will be fresh.
